House rules of Smára­l­ind

Smáralind's code of conduct is to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Article 1. General
It is obligatory to walk carefully around the premises of Smáralind.

Article 2. Respect
Everyone must show consideration and consideration for other Smáralind guests in all respects.

Article 3. Bicycles
All use of bicycles (bicycles, scooters, electric scooters and other types of bicycles) indoors is prohibited. Bicycles must be parked outdoors in a way that they do not obstruct the movement of other road users, cause inconvenience or create a risk of accident. Bicycles must not be parked in front of entrances.

Article 4. Dog Keeping
Dogs are prohibited on Smáralind premises, with the exception of service dogs, such as guide dogs.

Article 5. Smoking
All smoking (including electronic cigarettes or similar devices of any kind) is prohibited in Smáralind and within 10 meters of the building. All intoxicants are prohibited and the handling of alcohol is prohibited except in restaurants with a liquor license.

Article 6. Theft and Vandalism
It is prohibited to damage or steal Smáralind property, the property of Smáralind tenants and/or customers. Any damage may result in liability for compensation and theft will be reported to the police.

Article 7. Sales and Marketing
It is prohibited to sell, distribute or market products or services without the permission of Smáralind management.

Article 8. Recording
It is prohibited to take photos and/or videos for public publication without the consent of Smáralind management.

Article 9. Security
Smáralind should be a safe place for customers and employees. Harassment, violent or indecent behavior, including swearing, shouting or other behavior that can be considered disruptive, towards customers and/or employees is strictly prohibited.

Article 10. Violation of the rules of conduct
Smáralind has security guards on duty who respond quickly and safely to incidents and accidents that arise. Those who do not follow the rules of Smáralind may be expelled and, if necessary, seek police assistance.
Violations of these rules, damage and any kind of damage may result in liability for compensation.
