    Smáralind offers nearly 3.000 parking spaces - including general spaces, charging stations, and accessible parking. Wider parking spaces can be found at the corner of the lot between Silfursmári and Hagasmári, ideal for larger vehicles or those who prefer more space.

    Smáralind is open and bright with convenient access, whether you are with a stroller, in a wheelchair, or simply want to enjoy a comfortable shopping trip from start to finish. Navigation inside is simple, with elevators located at both ends and in the center.

At Smáralind, you'll find a gift-wrapping station where you can wrap all your presents. The wrapping station is located on the 2nd floor in front of Weekday.

Service desk at Smára­l­ind

Smáralind´s information desk is located on the 2nd floor between Zara and Vila and is open during Smáralind's opening hours. There you can get information about everything related to Smáralind, and the following services are also available:

  1. Smaralind-Gjafakort

    Gift Card

    Smáralind Gift Card is a gift that can be given for any occasion. The gift card is available at the service desk.

  2. Stroll­ers for Rent

    Umbrella strollers are available to borrow free of charge. The strollers are suitable for children weighing up to 15 kg. You must pay for the loan at the service desk and return the stroller there after use.

  3. Whe­el­cha­ir Loan

    You can borrow a wheelchair at the service desk. We lend the wheelchair free of charge upon registration and presentation of identification.

  4. Lost and Found

    The service desk keeps track of items found in Smáralind. Unwanted items are kept for four weeks, after which they are donated to charity.

  5. Bus Tick­ets and Bus Rou­tes

    It is easy to travel by bus to and from Smáralind with bus routes 2, 24 and 28. Klapp cards and Klapp ten can be purchased at the service desk.
