Neó Pizza

NEÓ makes pizzas inspired by the original pizza traditions of New York City, which are more than 100 years old.
We make our dough in-house and let it cold-ferment for several days. The sauce is made from San Marzano plum tomatoes and salt—nothing else. The cheese is a blend of fresh and aged mozzarella, creating the perfect balance of fresh and “funky” cheese.

The result: irresistibly crispy and juicy pizzas with bold, flavorful toppings.
